The legal drama continues for Abdelkader Kehli.

This agent from the town hall of Garges-lès-Gonesse (Val-d'Oise) is accused by his employer for outrageous remarks towards the current mayor, which he made on Facebook during the electoral campaign for the municipal elections.

After having succeeded in suspending in 2021 then canceling the decree pronounced by the mayor (UDI) of Garges, Benoit Jimenez, against him in October 2023, he is subject to a new sanction, dated December 28, 2023, which must deprive him of his salary for one year for the same facts.

His lawyer will file a summary appeal this week.
