A 37-year-old drunk man killed a cyclist with his car.
Lacking reflexes, he not only attacked him: he dragged him almost 30 meters on the asphalt to end up crashing into a wall of a house.
The breathalyzer test carried out on the driver left no doubt:
it exceeded the mark that the pipette could withstand

It happened last Saturday in Pilar and the driver was detained.
It happened around 5:30 p.m., when Inocencio Godoy, a 42-year-old man of Paraguayan nationality, was riding his light blue bicycle through the
Los Tilos neighborhood
.
According to the Pilar a Diario site, at the junction of Las Secuoyas and Carlos Calvo streets, a
Volkswagen Suran
hit him at high speed.
The car that caused the accident was driven by another Paraguayan citizen:
Jorge Adalberto BG,
who, far from braking after the attack, continued driving until he hit a wall and fell into a well.
"He never realized that the victim, a resident of the Villa Magdalena neighborhood,
had been stuck
in the front of the vehicle," certified a police source.
A SAME ambulance that was present where the accident occurred confirmed the
instant death
of the cyclist at the scene.
“When the breathalyzer test was done,
he exceeded the limit of the pipette
, which is 3 grams of alcohol per liter of blood (gr/l);
when zero alcohol governs in the province.
He was much more than drunk,” an investigative source confirmed to the local media.
The driver was detained and transferred to the La Lonja Detachment.
And he was investigated on Sunday morning by prosecutor Gonzalo Agüero, from UFI No. 4 of Pilar.
However, the accused man did not make any statements.
The detained man who works in the construction industry is accused of "
homicide with possible intent
."
For Justice, if he had been able to drive, the accident could have been avoided.
“That same Saturday night, the breathalyzer test was done again and he had 1.95 grams of alcohol per liter of blood;
That means that at the time of the first control she had much more than 3 gr/l, which is the limit of the pipette,” investigative sources assured.
