Highlights: CanneSéries will be full of stars, including Michael Douglas, Kyle MacLachlan, Jamel, Pierre Niney, Nolwenn Leroy, Daniel Brühl, Jason Priestley and many others. The festival remains true to its DNA: stars on the pink carpet, previews of major spectacle series and, in competition, a more author-oriented programming that draws from the four corners of global production. 27 series selected out of some 300 eligible, representing 19 countries. The eight series of the official competition are more specialized.


Several blockbusters will be presented in preview, between April 5 and 10, on the Croisette: the biopics of Benjamin Franklin and Karl Lagerfeld, as well as the French comedies Terminal and Fiasco.


“Seven years is the age of reason but I'm not sure that CanneSéries wants to be reasonable,
