The meeting was primarily about Luise's family and ways to support them.

One year after their daughter's murder: parents demand large sums of money

Even if the case against the girls has been dropped, there will probably still be a trial.

Because Luise's parents have filed a lawsuit for compensation.

They are demanding that the parents of the perpetrators pay at least 50,000 euros in addition to 30,000 euros in survivor's benefit.

However, there is currently no trial date.

In an interview with the

Westfalenpost

, the parents of one of the perpetrators expressed sympathy for Luise's parents.

However, they could not raise such a large sum of money: “How is my daughter, who is 14 years old, supposed to pay tens of thousands of euros or more?

“How are we supposed to pay so much money?” explained the girl’s father.

The parents have requested that the lawsuit be dismissed.
