After his ouster from the group of LR deputies in the Assembly, on March 6, the elected representative of Rhône Alexandre Vincendet decided to appeal this decision, judging that the procedure had respected "neither the rights of the defense nor the contradictory” and was transformed into a “sham trial”.
Above all, Vincendet points out a complicated element for LR (who will hear him next week): if the fact of having voted for one or more government texts is "a sign of belonging to the majority", then it will be necessary to proceed to d other exclusions, because each of the LR deputies has “at least once voted for a text” from the government.
