The wave of violence and crimes in which the city of Rosario is immersed continues to add names to the list of victims.
This Tuesday,
a 22-year-old young man died
who, on Tuesday of last week, the same day that the first of the two taxi drivers was killed, had been shot in his house.
Mario Ezequiel Marini
had been shot in his home located in Corrientes at 3100, as reported by the Public Prosecutor's Office (MPA).
Since last March 5, he was admitted to the Clemente Álvarez Emergency Hospital (HECA).
The case is being handled by the Intentional Homicide Prosecutor's Office and it is not yet known in what context the crime occurred.
The attack occurred around 7 p.m., according to the MPA, based on the first information provided by witnesses at the scene who called 911. According to
Rosario3
, someone knocked on the door of Marini's house,
called him by his name and gave him a shot in the belly
at very close range.
However, they said that when the patrol car arrived, Marini had already been taken to the hospital in a private car.
He entered the HECA with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
The Prosecutor's Office ordered the criminalistics cabinet commission to survey the scene of the incident, survey security cameras in the area, and take testimonies.
It was indicated that photographic expertise, surveying of traces, and sketches of the place should be carried out, according to the newspaper
La Capital
.
After the death was confirmed, the hospital notified prosecutor María de los Ángeles Granato, although the MPA anticipated that the homicide investigations would be redistributed among the prosecutors that make up the Intentional Homicide Unit.
This decision, they indicated, is due to the distribution of workload and various ongoing investigations that may be related to the events that occurred and possible links.
Marini's crime occurred the same day that
Héctor Raúl Figueroa
(43), the first of the two taxi drivers murdered last week, was killed in a wave of crimes against innocent people that continued with the attack on a bus driver and a beachgoer at a station. of service.
In addition to Figueroa, they killed
Diego Celentano
(32), bus driver
Marcos Daiola
(38) and beachgoer
Bruno Bussanich
(25).
Since then, the city of Rosario has been paralyzed by narcoterrorism, which also included shooting attacks on police stations, prisons, burning cars, and threats to national and provincial authorities.
Everything happens after a Bukele-style search at the Piñero prison, of which the Government of the Province of Santa Fe released images.
