Adeva Nachshoni, mother of two children with special needs aged 9 and 3 (speech impairment and autism), separated from her husband Moshe who left to fight in Nahal Oz and then entered Gaza.
Nachsoni, a kindergarten owner from Rehovot, had to move an entire kindergarten by herself due to the circumstances and the hardest thing for her was to get help.

"I tried to cope alone, but it was very difficult," she shared.
"In the last month of the war, I felt like I was going to collapse. My daughter hasn't slept for two months and she falls asleep with the help of melatonin sleeping pills. Nachsoni says that for her, every moment her daughter was with 69-year-old Danny Raviv, known as "the American grandmother", she was calm and these moments were like magic.
"My whole family are military men, I grew up with the values of the good of the country above all, but having children with special needs is a supreme value for me. The organization 'The anchor for the reserve families' provides answers to about 12 thousand reserve families. To date, the call center has received about 23 thousand requests for ongoing assistance on various issues and even on a daily basis.
