Members of the "Reserve Headquarters for Equal Service" will hang Pashville-style ads in Bnei Brak this evening (Wednesday) calling on the ultra-Orthodox to join the protest that will be held tomorrow in the Bnei Brak square.

The operation will be the first protest action after the "Fighters for Equality in Burden" forum, which includes the reserve headquarters, announced its establishment.

"The time of trouble is for Jacob and from him is Joshua. At this time, when the haters of Israel are on the rise, the politicians do not want Nablus to side with our brothers, the whole house of Israel, in this mitzvah war.

And the enemies of Israel watching from afar have no choice but to say Amen to the destroying angel," the ad reads. "Really?!

The brothers will come to war and you will sit here.

We will gather in HaBima Square at 19:30, with an excited call to all ultra-Orthodox Israelites to the Word of God.

"I turn today to my ultra-Orthodox brothers

- your politicians don't want you to serve, our enemies don't want you to serve, but the state needs you here with us, under the stretcher," said Yaya Fink, founder of the reserve headquarters. "This is our Judaism, Torah as well Army and also work."

At the press conference held yesterday in Tel Aviv, representatives of "Fighters for Equality in the Burden" demanded that a law be passed to recruit ultra-Orthodox as soon as possible, against the background of the ongoing battles over its promotion in the Knesset.

Major General (res.) Noam Tivon, who heads the forum, referred to the absence of ultra-Orthodox representatives among his members.

"We call on the ultra-Orthodox public to join us. There are no ultra-orthodox here, but we come with an open heart," he replied to Walla!'s question.

"Now the watershed, in times of war we need soldiers. Reservists who have served a third of a year already have another warrant in hand and their business is collapsing, soldiers are being killed. This has meaning, and everyone should get under the stretcher."

Lieutenant-Colonel (resp.) Tzur Alon of the Armies for Weapons clarified that there is no intention to threaten to stop volunteering, a step that has become identified with the protest led by the organization last year.

"Brothers in arms have all come forward until now. There is no issue here of stopping volunteering. We are in combat. We go from funeral to funeral. The question is irrelevant. For those who are not clear, there is a reality checker's problem," he said.

Beside them, Noa Kfarri, a former combat navigator in the "Hapitish" squadron, from the security builders organization, Michal Gorfinkel, a mother of three fighters, Prof. Dan Ben David and Yehuda Lapian, an armored fighter in the reserves, also participated in the statement.

In the rally to be held tomorrow, members of the forum are expected to participate - organizations of reservists and civil society, families of fighters and members of the Israel Defense Forces - and others.
