Pitbull Mira is looking for a new home - “Waiting and keeping her paw still is not her strength”

Mira is a five-year-old, neutered pit bull dog “and has been waiting with us for her new home for far too long.

She is very nice with people and behaves in an exemplary manner when walking the dog.

“She is not interested in other walkers, joggers, cyclists or other people of her species.

Admittedly, she doesn't place that much value on her peers and that's where sympathy plays a big part.

There are residents in the animal shelter that she likes and others she likes to eat,” the Facebook post continues.

Basic hosam is in place, only Mira's patience still needs to be worked on, because "waiting and keeping her paws still is not her greatest strength." We are looking for active owners for the dog who enjoy exercising Mira physically and mentally - older children are allowed in family to be present.

“Landed with us because of her breed”: Pitbull Mira is not allowed to be adopted in Bavaria

“Mira, like so many people, ended up with us because of her race.

Please spare us the tiresome discussion about the sense and nonsense of the breed list, you probably know what we think about it... unfortunately we can't change it and can only place Mira in a federal state where pit bull terriers are allowed." A transfer to another animal shelter is not possible due to the nationwide overload.
