The allegations are serious: they are said to have committed sexual crimes.

That's why the influencer and his brother, who are known for misogynistic statements, are threatened with extradition to Great Britain.

According to the British news agency

PA,

the appeal court in Bucharest made the decision on Tuesday (March 12).

However, this is not yet legally binding.

The Tate brothers have already been charged with human trafficking and sexual exploitation in their adopted homeland of Romania.

They are said to have forced women to perform sexual acts for sex videos.

They and two women are accused of running a human trafficking ring in Romania and other countries such as the USA and Great Britain.

That's why Andrew Tate was arrested near Bucharest in 2022, shortly after the argument with Greta Thunberg.

However, a court in Bucharest will only execute the British arrest warrant issued against the Tates once the criminal proceedings in Romania have been “finally” concluded.

That could take years.
