Five people were arrested in flagrante delicto in an operation aimed at combating online child pornography conducted by agents of the Milan State Police.
One was also arrested because, for years, he had committed sexual abuse on two little girls, both of whom were related by kinship, and on one of their friends.
The agents - explains the Police - carried out 21 searches in the provinces of Como, Lodi, Monza Brianza, Milan, Pavia and Varese. The arrested people had a large quantity of child pornography material and the operation documented how the five produced child pornography material by inducing very young people, even seven/eight years old, to perform sexual acts in streaming.
The computer inspection of the phones, the analysis of the chats and the seizure of the devices used by the suspects were decisive, which stopped the sexual violence activities.
The computer searches - the investigators further explain - also revealed the online sharing of videos with sexual abuse against even newborns.
The investigation, carried out by the Operations Center for Cyber Security of Milan and directed by the Milanese Prosecutor's Office, was initiated by the National Center for the fight against online child pornography (CNCPO) of the Postal and Communications Police Service, after a report received in the context of international police cooperation on Italian users involved in the possession and dissemination of child pornography material.
