In recent decades, women have advanced to the most important positions in the world of work.

However, in the field of technology the gap is still large, because there are still few who turn to studying this type of career compared to men.

Currently, only 28% of the workforce in this industry is represented by women.

The reality is that there is still a long road to economic gender parity: according to the World Economic Forum, it will take exactly 131 years to close this gap.

Research highlights that diverse organizations make better decisions, innovate more, and attract and retain top talent, and some companies are actively investing in diversity and inclusion initiatives, recognizing the economic benefits.
