" An incident ".
This is how this 22-year-old young man described the attack on his three nieces, barely younger than him.
The judges did not have the same impression: this resident of Mantes-la-Jolie (Yvelines) has just been sentenced to two years' imprisonment, including 6 months, by the Versailles judicial court.
He was arrested at dawn on Sunday by police officers dispatched to a home in the Val-Fourré district for suspicion of domestic violence.
Upon arriving, the officials came face to face with two shocked young people, one of whom had bloody hands.
Both say they were hit by their uncle who fled.
After their first statements to the police, they went to the nearby hospital where another niece was already there.
One of them will be given 45 days of ITT, particularly due to a broken hand.
Iron bars
The police carried out a quick investigation and realized that the young women had been beaten with an iron bar.
Two were found on site.
They were obviously taken from a bunk bed.

A few hours later, the uncle shows up at the police station.
Placed in police custody, he admitted in hearing an “incident with (his) nieces”.
He allegedly went to their home after learning that they had ordered a can of nitrous oxide, a product popular among young people for its euphoric properties.
Also known as laughing gas, it causes laughter, a feeling of intoxication and auditory or visual distortions.
It can also disrupt the respiratory system, cause burns or even cause paralysis.
