As the police report, on March 12th around 10:55 p.m., the 45-year-old driver of a minibus overlooked a tractor-trailer that was driving in front of him at an unknown speed.
Tires squeal, then there's a crash in the back of the truck
According to the responsible Hohenbrunn traffic police, the Hungarian, 50-year-old driver of the semi-trailer was able to notice the squeaking tires of the van before it collided with the left rear side of the semi-trailer.
The impact caused massive damage to the front of the van and triggered the airbags in the driver and front passenger seats.

They were all taken to nearby hospitals.
Among other things, by a rescue helicopter from the German air rescue service.
