In total, the Federal Prosecutor's Office has charged 27 suspects - including before the higher regional courts in Munich and Frankfurt am Main.
In Frankfurt, it is primarily the suspected ringleaders who are accused, in Stuttgart the so-called military wing and in Munich the other suspected members.
According to information from Wednesday, the courts in Frankfurt and Munich have not yet decided whether to admit the respective charges and schedule a trial.

The defendants, who are said to be between 42 and 60 years old when the trial begins, are in custody.
Two of them were also accused of violating the Weapons and War Weapons Control Act, the Higher Regional Court said.
One of these two is also said to have committed a criminal offense for attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, resistance to and physical assault on law enforcement officers.
