The trial of Bernard S., who will celebrate his 74th birthday next month, opens this Friday before the Hauts-de-Seine Assize Court, for three days.
According to what emerges from the investigation, the noise of the work and the plaster dust, all emanating from the apartment on the floor below that occupied by the accused, would constitute the motive for the crime.
