The president makes his intentions clear when he says that “the start of 2024 must be a start”.
But this Thursday evening, he had to reassure them at the same time after his controversial comments on the possible sending of Western troops to Ukraine.
The head of state accepts these words.
But he also needs to calm things down after the controversies.
