Crack in Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis: justice taken to annul anti-consumer orders

They announce that they do not want to make a controversy and want consultation with the police headquarters.

“Let everyone sit around the table to think about a global police and health plan.

» But in order to make themselves heard, the main associations working in medical and social support for crack users have, according to them, no other choice than to take legal action.

This Thursday, Gaïa, Oppelia, the Addiction Federation and SAFE association are filing an appeal against the monthly orders issued since April 2023 by Laurent Nuñez, the Paris police prefect.
