You only need a few ingredients for the quick carrot cake:

The secret?
Carrot puree from a jar.

4 eggs (size L)
1 pinch of salt
250g sugar
200 ml neutral cooking oil
3 (125 g each) baby jars “pure carrot”
350g flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparing the carrot cake is quick and easy:
With baby jars “Pure Carrot” you can conjure up a delicious carrot cake in no time at all without the hassle of grating.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
Beat the eggs together with the sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy and whitish.
Stir in cooking oil in a thin stream.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then sift and add to the mixture.
Stir just until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Pour the dough into a greased Bundt cake tin and bake for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool, turn out of the mold and serve, dusted with a little powdered sugar if desired.
Simple Tasty Tip:
