On Thursday (March 14th) a fire was reported in the Landhotel Römerkessel near Fuchstal.
Numerous fire departments responded.
Fuchstal – Numerous fire departments were called out on Thursday morning (March 14th) due to a fire alarm at the Landhotel Römerkessel near Fuchstal.
Florian Hagenbusch, commander of the Leeder fire department, led the operation, which was called at 10:30 a.m.
When asked, he explained that it was assumed that a fire had broken out in the hotel.
That's why, in addition to the Landsberg district fire inspection, a total of eight fire departments were on site, including from Leeder, Asch and Denklingen.

In fact, it was a container at the back of the building that burned.
“An old shipping container that was used as a workshop,” explains Hagenbusch.
There were various garden tools in there.

The commander cannot yet say how it happened that it started burning.
“The police are investigating the cause.” The operation was over after an hour.
“Luckily it wasn’t that dramatic,” says Hagenbusch.
The Landsberg police also say that the fire was not serious and that no one was injured.
The police, fire brigade and rescue services in the Weilheim-Schongau district are available around the clock.
