There are cases that are more delicate than others to judge.
President Isabelle Verissimo knows something about this: the Meaux criminal court judged a man and two women this Wednesday for rather rare offenses.
Namely for “sexual assault on an animal in a group”, “evasion by a parent of their legal obligations compromising the health, safety, morality or education of their child” and “corruption of a minor under the age of fifteen” .
The judges had to look into consensual sexual relations between adults, involving a dog.
A husky more precisely.
The question being in particular whether a little girl would have – or not – witnessed zoophilic and sadomasochistic scenes.
