Police officers stopped two young people in Buchloe because of a violation of the helmet requirement.
Because the driver seemed intoxicated during the inspection, the full program was given.
Buchloe -
On Wednesday evening the moped was noticed by the police patrol because the pillion passenger was not wearing a helmet.
During the check, the officers discovered that the 15-year-old driver had a valid driver's license for his moped, but also showed signs of drug-related symptoms.
A urine test confirmed the suspicion.
