The weather in Bavaria is a roller coaster ride.
Up to 15 degrees are possible during the day, but there could be frost at night.
The gusts are picking up.
Munich - People in Bavaria have to prepare for uncomfortable weather this weekend.
The German Weather Service (DWD) predicts that rain showers from Baden-Württemberg will move across the state on Friday, March 15th and the wind will increase.
The wind gusts could reach speeds of up to 60 kilometers per hour, and in the Alps even up to 100 km/h.
“It’s definitely enough for kite flying,” said a DWD spokesman, adding: “You’d better hold on to the kite.”

Saturday is expected to remain wet as rain showers continue to move across Bavaria.
Winds will remain steady, although speeds in the mountains are expected to drop to around 85 km/h.
According to the DWD, temperatures will be between 11 and 15 degrees.
Ground frost could occur at night, especially in northern Franconia, Swabia and Upper Bavaria.
The DWD forecasts fog for Sunday morning, which should clear up by midday.
Temperatures are expected to drop to around ten degrees.
“The hours of sunshine are not that great either,” noted the DWD spokesman: He expects around six hours of sunshine in the south and only four hours in the north.
