The place.

After their Michelin-starred restaurant (Les Agitateurs) and the Fondation Maeght canteen (Sous les pins), Juliette Busetto and Samuel Victori hit the mark once again!

Their former caterer-delicatessen (the Garde-Manger) is unrecognizable, between raw stone, golden chandeliers, soft benches, flowered vegetables and white tablecloths, which give the room a warm chic side appropriate for their refined traveler neo-bistro cuisine.

As at the neighboring Agitateurs, the menu oscillates between the Mediterranean and elsewhere, comfort and perfumes, with high technical mastery and lots of delicacy.

If we had to remember only three dishes: the crispy arancini with mushroom risotto and a runny heart of smoked mozzarella, under a snow of parmesan and grated truffle, which well deserve their reputation...
