More than two weeks since the traces of 9-year-old Haymanut Kasao disappeared in Safed, the Jewish Agency is offering a reward of 100,000 shekels to anyone who provides the information on which the police will base their search for the girl.



As you may remember, Haymanut was last seen on February 25 at the reception center in the city, wearing a pink sweatshirt with a black skirt over it and wearing white sneakers.

The agency said that she stands about 120 centimeters tall.



From the moment the report of her disappearance was received, the staff of the reception center and the members of the Jewish Agency began to act to assist the police.

Dozens of volunteers from the Jewish Agency and its employees joined the citizens in searching for Haymanut.

At the same time, the absorption center staff surrounds the parents and siblings and the immigrants who live in the absorption center with professionals who will be reinforced by the Jewish Agency and the Ministry of Immigration and Absorption.



"We helped bring Haymanut's father to Israel, who was on a visit to Ethiopia, and the reception center staff accompanies the Kassau family and provides them with assistance and mentors who accompany the children," the agency updated with the announcement of the award.

The chairman of the Jewish Agency, Maj. Gen. (ret.) Doron Almog, met with her family members yesterday. The Safed police chief, Sen. Yitzhak Abuchatzira, was also present at the meeting, and he was informed about the search for her.

"I spoke with Deputy Superintendent Yitzhak Abuchatzira and I was impressed by the efforts the police are investing in the investigation in all possible channels," said the chairman of the Jewish Agency, Doron Almog.
