“He has always been very invasive,” says another colleague.
This father, in the process of divorcing and aged 57, was referred Wednesday evening before the Créteil public prosecutor's office (Val-de-Marne) for acts committed against former students in particular, between the months of January 2018 and April 2022. He should be tried next June for “sexual assault by a person abusing the authority conferred on him by his functions”, and for having committed “sexual harassment by persons abusing the authority conferred on him by his functions in September 2023,” underlines the Créteil public prosecutor’s office.
While awaiting trial, the suspect was due to see a liberty and detention judge Thursday afternoon to rule on his fate.
The prosecution requested his placement under judicial supervision with “the ban on contacting the victims” and “from exercising his profession as a driving school instructor.
