Kindergarten children used to having their ears pulled, terrified at the idea of overtaking while coloring and suffering from school phobia... These are the terrible accusations made by four families against a school teacher Bertrine from Belin-Beliet, in Gironde.
“My son came home from school complaining about his ear.
His lobe was torn.
He first told me that he had hurt himself, before admitting that the teacher had gotten very angry and had pulled his ear.
But it was normal, because she often did it
,” describes the mother of one of them to our colleagues at
Sud Ouest
.
Also attesting to the tearing of one of her daughter's ears, another mother speaks of
"her night terrors"
since September and the
"slaps"
that the child would receive by trivializing them.
According to the four families, who filed a complaint against the teacher, the latter also allowed herself to shout, shake the students and regularly utter humiliating words against them.
A third mother explains that her daughter told her that
“the teacher tore up the drawings but that it was normal if they were not well done”
.
Open investigation
An investigation was opened and entrusted to the Unit against attacks on persons and children (Cape) of the gendarmerie, the Bordeaux prosecutor's office confirms to Le
Figaro
.
Among the victims who were heard, some relate facts that are already eight years old according to our colleagues.
Other families would also intend to file a complaint, while the academic inspectorate indicates that
it “takes seriously”
these accusations of abuse.
The management of departmental national education services declares that it is monitoring
“the situation at the school”

“necessary and appropriate measures”
