Now the two actors have separated again.
Ambach – The love story of Rufus Beck (66) and Jo Kern (48) could not have been more turbulent.
The actors made their love public for the first time in 2011.
“Yes, we are a couple,” explained the radio play speaker in an interview.
Two and a half years later, the relationship ended and there was radio silence between the stars until 2019.
A sailing event to which both were invited ultimately led to a discussion that culminated in a love comeback.
But now everything looks completely different.

Now the two actors are going their separate ways again.

Accordingly, the couple did not make the decision lightly.
“We met, had deep, clarifying conversations and also cried together and sent each other letters.
It was a long process of unraveling the cord,” says the 48-year-old.
This time she is ruling out another love comeback.
“We both believed in it and I will always hold Rufus in my heart.
I also like to think back to our time together.
Still, I had to go.
Love alone is simply not enough for a healthy relationship,” emphasizes the voice actress.

The couple shared a lot of “liveliness and passion”.
On the other hand, they were completely missing “the peace, the harmony, the balancing element of the nutritional nature”.
“We are both very strong personalities and have worn each other out in everyday life,” continues Jo Kern.

Despite the many beautiful moments, at some point the dark side of the relationship outweighed the negative aspects.
That's why the separation was the only right decision.
“We also didn’t have a culture of debate on equal terms.
And Rufus is not an easy person.
In the end it broke us,” she explains.
