Since Luise's murder in Freudenberg, everything has changed.
The father of one of the perpetrators would be willing to meet Luise's parents, as he says.
Freudenberg – The death of Luise, who was just 12 years old, was already a year ago.
The brutal murder of the student shocked all of Germany at the time.
New details about Luise's murder have now become known.
Her parents sued the perpetrators, who were then 12 and 13 years old, for damages.
But their parents also have to come to terms with what is happening.
Her daughter's crime concerns a family every day.
Murder of Luise: Perpetrator's father wants to confront Luise's parents
A girl spent ten months in a child psychiatric hospital, as the father of one of the perpetrators told the
Bild newspaper
.
She now lives in a group home and is allowed to spend time with her family in a nearby holiday apartment every other weekend.
There they tried to lead a completely normal life.
His daughter then cooks with her big sister, “we do something, talk to each other,” explained the father.

However, the murder of Luise is not an issue.
“My daughter doesn’t talk about the crime.
That’s why she has the therapist,” the father explained.
He knew from police interviews that his daughter held Luise while the other perpetrator stabbed her.
His wife found a bloody hoodie under their bed.
The other perpetrator has been hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital.

“Nothing can give parents their girl back.
Your family will forever suffer from the crime our daughter was involved in.
If Luise's parents want to look me in the face one day, I will be there.
“You can’t really excuse the crime,” said the father.
The crime also still weighs heavily on her mother.
“I cry every day.
About my girl who I can't help.
About Luise and her mom, who has to continue living without her little one.
Because life has become so difficult,” said the girl’s mother.
The youth welfare office and the court are currently determining her daughter's whereabouts because the parents do not have custody.
The perpetrator was forced to switch from the clinical school to the regular school.
Many kilometers away, where no one knows her, she can go to school again.
The family plans to move to Brazil, their mother's home country, in a few years.
They want to start over there.
