There has now been a change in the “Employment, Integration and Qualification” department at the Caritas Center Freising.
And there is also a change at Community Caritas.

– Andrea Lachner has worked for the Caritas Center Freising for more than half her life.
After 30 years of service, she said goodbye, as Caritas reports.
She began her career in general social counseling with the founding of the used goods department store Rentabel as an employment project.
She later switched to social psychiatric services.
Since 2008, Andrea Lachner has managed the Rentabel used goods department stores in Freising and Erding in the “Employment, Integration and Qualification” department, and for a few years even an additional store in Moosburg and the Café Genuss in Bühne.
The management of Caritas emphasizes: “Andrea Lachner's work was characterized not only by the relationship with her participants, but also by her unwavering commitment to various projects such as cleaning the sunbathing areas at the Freising bathing lakes, the deposit bottle project at the airport and up to Finally, the project 'Everything is too bad to throw away'.” All of this in order to secure the financing of her department.
New management team
Since November 2022, she has been working closely with Michaela Alberter, a trained social worker, as a management team.
Contacts with cooperation partners have already been maintained together.
After Andrea Lachner's farewell, Claudia Altmann-Fettich has now joined the management team. Since April 2005, she has not only made a name for herself as a work supervisor in the administrative area, but also plans all of the staff's tours and work orders and manages the entire back office, as is the case in the Caritas report.

Bernadette Hölzl, has worked for the Caritas Center for eight years.
She started as a social worker for asylum care in Freising and the district, then took over volunteer coordination and community Caritas five years ago and was therefore an important link to the cooperation partners, parishes, neighborhood help and volunteers.

New tasks
Bernadette Hölzl will remain with the Caritas Association, but will move internally to the Central Association and Professional Quality Department in Munich as a consultant for poverty and community Caritas.
Hannah Pauer, who has been working in the area of debt and insolvency advice at the Caritas center since October 2016, will continue the work of Community Caritas from April 1st.

Thi Thanh Hai Ha, who has been employed by Caritas as an asylum social counselor since April 2022, is responsible for coordinating the pool of language mediators and cultural interpreters.

Gina Saiko follows Thi Thanh Hai Ha as an asylum social and integration consultant.
New task: Thi Than Hai Ha, previously an asylum social advisor, will now take over the language mediator and cultural interpreter pool.

The district manager of Caritas Freising and Erding, Alexandra Myhsok, thanks the two employees for their great commitment in further expanding their specialist areas.
Myhsok is very pleased about the “ideal replacements” in the departments with the respective educational and business management training and networks,” as she explains.
