Insulation work is restrictive for any owner.
However, from January 1, 2025, housing whose energy performance diagnosis (DPE) is classified G can no longer be rented even if for small areas (- 40 m2), the system has been relaxed.
Owners must therefore find the right professional to carry out the DPE, certified craftsmen to do the work, complete the files to benefit from subsidies or even find the money to finance everything.
