Javier Milei
spoke out after the Senate rejected his decree of necessity and urgency.
He did so through a statement from the President's Office, where he maintained that this Thursday's rejection
"was an attempt to undermine the May Pact, the National Government and change."
The Senate rejected by 42 votes against and 25 in favor of DNU 70/2023 promoted by the Government last December, which aims to deregulate the economy.
It was during a session marked by the strong previous campaign on social networks carried out against Vice President Victoria Villarruel for having enabled the processing of the decree.
