The 16 million euro senior housing complex is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025
Pliening - Sawing and hammering were taking place all around and men wearing helmets crossed the construction site.
In between, the champagne corks popped and numerous guests grouped around the set tables.
Mayor Roland Frick welcomed them on the occasion of the topping-out ceremony for the senior housing complex in the middle of the community.

He mentioned a few facts in his speech: In July 2017 the fundamental decision to build the property was made and in December of the same year the local council gave its approval.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place in January 2023 and the groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 7th.
Frick praised everyone involved for their work and commitment in completing the shell of the 16 million project in such a short time without overspending on time or costs.
In the summer of 2025, older citizens in particular will move into their 33 apartments on around 2,000 square meters and can look forward to a café with a terrace, event rooms, two shops and a practice.
There is also an underground car park with 40 parking spaces (all with electric connections) and green areas with seating and small ponds are integrated into the interior.
The mayor expressly emphasized that the entire building is designed to be barrier-free.
