The governor of Chubut,
Ignacio "Nacho" Torres
, came out to question the "
short-legged operations" of the Casa Rosada trolls
on Twitter.
The provincial president, who had already been in the middle of a similar situation after his confrontation with Javier Milei for not sending co-participation funds, denied an alleged meeting with former vice president Cristina Kirchner, a version that spread accounts related to La Libertad Keep it up.
"There are operations that have short legs," Torres said in his X profile, the way through which the rumors spread and through which he himself tried to deactivate them.
The alleged meeting between Torres and Cristina Kirchner was published on a site called
Madryn Ahora
, in which they claimed that the meeting had taken place last Saturday at the request of the governor.
Later, it was shared by the account "El Trumpista", a typical follower of Milei in X. And from there it was spread by the
Twittersphere related to Javier Milei.
However, Torres was in charge of denying: "It is seen that there are media more concerned with lying than with reporting, I see that in
the 'trolls' office of La Rosada
they are enthusiastic about trying to install something that is absolutely false."
And he concluded with a direct criticism of the Casa Rosada, with Milei as his objective: "It would be a good time to dedicate yourself to governing."
