Once again, vehicles are on fire at a construction site on the A100.
Six trucks burn out and others are damaged.
The police suspect a political motive.
Berlin - After several trucks burned on a construction site in Berlin-Neukölln, the state security agency responsible for politically motivated crimes took over the investigation.
The police assume it was intentional arson, an authority spokesman said on Friday.
Six trucks burned out during the night and three others were damaged.
The construction site on Kiefholzstrasse is connected to Autobahn 100, which is currently being expanded.
The permanent criminal police service was still busy securing evidence early on Friday morning.
The police are also checking whether there is a connection with an earlier fire on the construction site - but it is still too early to say anything about it, they said.
The fire occurred just before four in the morning.
