Following a student protest, a debate on the 'Role of culture in the context of a contested Mediterranean' at the Federico II University of Naples with the director of Repubblica Maurizio Molinari and the rector Matteo Lorito was cancelled.
The event was canceled given the tension that was created in the Faculty of Engineering, Polytechnic School and Basic Sciences, in the Fuorigrotta district, where a group of students protested, among other things, against the relations with Israel of Italian universities.
There were pushes with the police then the students entered the faculty.
