Monday is shaping up to be a crucial day in the development of the case of the four
Vélez
players accused of
aggravated sexual abuse
of a journalist from Tucumán.

These include the review of the images from the security cameras of the Hilton hotel, where the Liniers team was concentrated during that weekend, as well as the raid carried out in the room on the fourth floor, the scene of the reported events.
For their part, the defenses of Sosa, Cufré, Osorio and Florentin Bobadilla, aware of the relevance of this, ensure the collaboration of those involved with Justice and presented evidence that they will be present in this province to be available.
The players will offer their telephone numbers to be examined and, if necessary, establish a domicile in Tucumán and leave their passports in custody, to demonstrate that they collaborate with everything and that they do not plan to flee
, even though the prison sentence for this crime reaches 20 years. .
"It is an important measure that will be carried out; they are aware of everything that this implies. However, they also know that this is an act of defense. In the Justice notification to the players, a distinction is established in the accusation:

The first occurs before she goes to room 407 of the Hilton hotel.
There it becomes clear that Sosa warns him that she is with three other companions but also that she has no intention of having relations with more than one person.
In fact, she makes it explicit that she is used to being surrounded by men but clarifies that they should not get lost, which implicitly leads to thinking that there is nothing in principle consensual about what happened next.
In her complaint, the young woman stated: "They offered me two cans of beer and then they asked me if I had threesomes or if I was with women. I answered no, that I wasn't attracted to it and that whenever I was with someone it was only between two. At that moment, they offered me fernet in a white Stanley thermos," he explained.
At this point in the statement, the woman made an important clarification, in her own words: "The players pretended to drink or directly pass the glass to each other and it always went to me."
Then, in another chat with Sosa - when she leaves at approximately 5:30 in the morning - there is a new message.

The complainant stated in the messages that she was not aware of what happened in that room.

In that exchange there is nothing to suggest that there was abuse but the situation of being drunk is a controversial point since on the one hand it gives the impression that she gave consent but on the other - due to that state - she may not have given it at any time. .
That is what is at stake, because already in the third exchange, almost 12 hours later, the tone is totally different and the accusation is direct.
