The well-known 24-year-old trapper Shiva, born Andrea Arrigoni, was sent to trial immediately, accused of attempted murder and illegal possession of a firearm and who had been arrested last October by the police.
In a video he was filmed in Settimo Milanese, on the evening of 11 July last year, while armed with a gun, in front of his record company, he reacted to an attack by shooting two young martial arts experts in the legs, who were injured.
At the end of last February, the investigating judge Stefania Donadeo, at the request of the lawyers Daniele Barelli and Marco Campora, granted house arrest to the young man, with millions of followers on social media and who was released from prison.
Then, the judge, at the request of prosecutor Daniela Bartolucci, ordered the trial to be carried out immediately and the hearing, without a preliminary hearing, will begin on 17 April in front of the eighth criminal court in Milan.
Shiva, according to the defense, "did nothing but defend himself from the violent attacks" of the two MMA fighters close to the rapper Rondo Da Sosa.
The 24-year-old is also under investigation by the Ascoli Piceno Prosecutor's Office, together with five other young people, for a brawl that broke out in San Benedetto del Tronto on the night of August 30th.
Recently the judge of Ascoli attenuated the precautionary measure of house arrest with the obligation to stay.
