The Rosario justice system
ordered the release of the 48-year-old man
who had been detained, accused of threatening to kill journalist Nelson Castro and the TN team during their coverage of the drug conflict in the city.
The one who confirmed it was the journalist himself.
“I want to share with you that the detained person
suspected of having threatened to kill me in Rosario
has been released ,” Castro said on Radio Rivadavia.
The judge also ordered that the accused must sign in at the Judicial Management Office (OGJ) once a week, in addition to undergoing psychiatric treatment.
“The person confessed to having threatened me.
He is an absolutely imputable person, who is in control of his mental faculties,” Castro noted.
