The Franco-Beninese activist Kemi Seba announced it himself on his X account (ex-Twitter): his conference this Saturday in Fleury-Mérogis (Essonne) will be maintained.

A few hours earlier, the administrative court of Versailles suspended an order from the Essonne prefecture which had prohibited its holding.

In her decision, consulted by AFP, the summary judge of the administrative court considered that the prefectural decree, which mentioned risks of disturbances to public order

Convicted several times in France for provoking racial hatred and violence in meetings, Kemi Seba (real name Stellio Capo Chichi) is the subject of a procedure for forfeiture of nationality, announced by the activist himself and confirmed at

A slayer of the

“neo-colonialism”

of Western powers in Africa, Kemi Seba is the former leader of the Tribe Ka, a small group which claimed anti-Semitism and advocated separation between Blacks and Whites, dissolved by the French government in 2006. The latter years, Kemi Seba organized or participated in several demonstrations hostile to the CFA franc in Africa and was regularly arrested, expelled or returned, particularly from Ivory Coast, Senegal and Guinea.

In France, he was accused last year by the president of the Defense committee of the National Assembly Thomas Gassilloud (presidential majority) of being a

"relay of Russian propaganda"

and of serving

"a foreign power which fuels the anti-French feeling
