For the 20th edition of Portuguese Gastronomy Week, students from the hotel school of Leiria, a town twinned with Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, will cook for customers.
From this Saturday noon to Sunday March 24, fans of this cuisine and the curious are invited to taste Portuguese specialties for lunch and dinner, just below the premises of Alfa radio, in Valenton, organizer of the event.
Eighteen services on the program for this XXL event, where around 2,000 meals must be served.
