A complaint has just been filed against the Roanne prison (Loire), where a 41-year-old inmate died in February by hanging in a cell in the disciplinary unit, we learned this Saturday March 16 from consistent sources.

In his complaint filed Wednesday against the Roanne detention center, consulted by AFP, Farès Gana believes that

"guards are responsible for the murder of (his) brother"
