The executive stated that the company's objective is "to continue investing, to continue contributing in everything that has to do with guaranteeing a safe industry, a quality product and optimal service so that Sigma Agro can reach the field in a timely manner and a comprehensive value proposition can be provided".
In this sense, and in the second time that the company appears at Expoagro, Bautista Araujo celebrated "the consolidation of the

, which is the holding company that governs around Sigma Agro as a mother company."

As a national industry, Sigma Agro began more than ten years ago with the idea of linking up with the plants that produce active ingredients and molecules in China, and the brokers that export them on a global scale.

Sigma Agro's sustainability commitment
Araujo said that from the technical point of view of what they presented at Expoagro 2024, from the sustainability point of view, they presented advances in the biotechnology part.

The company manager explained that the approach with the producer is "always from an efficiency perspective."
"We have a very wide palette of products and very focused on herbicides.
The problem of resistant weeds is very present
in all Argentine fields. So, what we propose is a correct use of our palette. It is the rotation of assets to avoid resistances, the different mixture between the products to prevent that single product from generating resistance," he highlighted.
