The public will no longer wander the aisles of the parish premises, looking for that rare gem or clothes to rebuild the family wardrobe.
It's over: after fifty years of existence, the Secours catholique de Rambouillet (Yvelines) is definitively closing its locker room this Sunday, March 17.
The latest clearance sale in its history began this Friday morning and will end at 1 p.m. Sunday.
Marie-Paule, thirty years of volunteering at Secours catholique and responsible for the locker room activity for fifteen years, has a “big deal on her heart”.
“It’s a step to take, but today, we are thinking above all about the end, about this beautiful adventure which is coming to an end.
For years, we offered two sales a year, then only one.
And Sunday evening, there will be nothing left,” she comments between two doors, in the premises adjoining the Sainte-Bernadette church, in the heart of the Louvière district.
