The music group All:Stars from the Fraunberg community celebrated their 25th anniversary with an entertaining service in the full Reichenkirchner parish church of St. Michael.

The anniversary of the twelve-member group, which is known beyond the district borders, was canceled during the Corona period.

Reichenkirchen – With wonderful songs and an atmospheric light show, the musicians ensured an unforgettable event in the church for over an hour.

For example, they performed “Dahoam” by Andreas Gabalier or “Ein Licht geborgen in Dir”.

The service was led by the All:Stars' long-time companion Franz Kohlhuber, who was there as a youth pastor at their premiere concert at a district service in Rappoltskirchen in 1996.

The motto of the devotion was “The Great Way,” which is the name of the well-known picture by Friedensreich Hundertwasser that adorned the song sheet.

“We need orientation in life; many people today blindly trust the navigation system,” said Kohlhuber.

“There are no straight lines – that is our path in life”.

The airport chaplain praised the musicians for their many years of hard work.

“We are happy about a lot of music from you and that you exist.” The worshipers also acknowledged the twelve singers, keyboard, bass, drums, flute and guitar players with much applause.

The All:Stars started as a rural youth band 28 years ago.

Since then, the musicians, who are now adults and have started families of their own, have thrilled people with their musical accompaniment at countless church weddings, services and events.

The highlights of the band's history include the appearances at the youth Korbinian pilgrimage at Freisinger Domberg and the awarding of the community award “Der Fraunberger” by the municipality of Fraunberg to the All:Stars in 2009.
