Car accident on Route 6 near the Eyal/MDA interchange
A 20-year-old motorcyclist was killed this morning (Sunday) in an accident on Highway 4 near the Holon interchange.
The MDA team that arrived at the scene determined his death. The case joins the series of serious accidents on Saturday, during which three people were killed throughout the country.
Yesterday, a fatal accident occurred between a private car and two trucks on Route 6 near the Eyal interchange. In the accident, a 40-year-old man was killed, and six people were injured , including three men in a serious condition and another three injured in a light-moderate condition. The police stated that "traffic examiners have started an investigation to examine the circumstances of the accident."

Earlier on Saturday, a 68-year-old man was killed in the north after his vehicle collided with a pole on Route 77. At first, his condition was described as serious, but he was pronounced dead at Furia Hospital.
"He arrived without signs of life and the doctors had to pronounce him dead," the hospital said.
In another accident, a 45-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Herzl Street in Rishon Lezion.
The MDA teams that arrived at the scene had to determine his death. "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the motorcyclist lying on the road unconscious without a pulse and without breathing and suffering from multi-system damage.
We performed medical tests, but his injury was critical and we had to pronounce him dead," said MDA medics Yossi Nabul and Mandi Amitai.
