Girl meets boy through Tinder.
She is younger, they are 10 years apart.
Apparently, they begin a dating relationship.
Shortly after, R., the boy, introduces her to a world of supposedly easy money in which she would only have to record and publish some racy videos.
M., the girl, is Venezuelan, is in a vulnerable economic situation and has only been living in Madrid for two years.
What she proposed didn't sound bad to her, so she started generating content first for Instagram and Telegram groups, both open to the general public.
Afterwards, she began to see things and receive information that made her doubt.
She even confessed to her father: “I feel like R. wants to get the most out of me because I make a lot of money.”
Her father, by the way, was the one who received that money in her account, according to a police investigation.
In November of last year, when the girl was 17 years old, a teacher at the Rivas Vaciamadrid school where the minor is enrolled detected the pornographic videos of her student.
Apparently, it was not a secret at the center that the girl was dedicated to this.
She did not hesitate to report these events.
The Civil Guard launched an investigation to find out what was behind those social media accounts that the teacher showed them, in which a multitude of very young girls appeared, many of them appearing to be minors, in sexual poses.
The Instagram account, still active, promotes itself as an agency that manages and provides social media help and services.
“Showing your face increases profits, but it is not necessary”, “From the first month, you start generating income”, “You will be able to continue with your normal life, but with a bonus”, they promise in their publications.
The agents began surveillance on the minor and the alleged managers of this agency.
When they followed her, they were able to observe how they took her and brought her to a house on Paseo de la Direction, in Madrid, and to hotels where she recorded videos of her.
For example, at the end of October she is taken to a hotel establishment in Barcelona.
The investigators also accessed a Telegram chat of the victim in which she explained naturally how she had started in this activity and assured that her father knew everything.
From her Telegram channel she informed herself when she was going to upload a video or do a live show.
“Clearly, there is an organization that provides technical, human and economic support for the creation and distribution of pornographic material,” the researchers conclude.
The agents identify a man as the ringleader, the one in charge of the alleged pornographic content company.
It is R., who is now 28 years old.
The agents know that the minor considers him her boyfriend.
He sees her as an object, according to her investigations: “You have to be careful with this one who is trapped.”
“Focus on her job and making money with her,” E., her friend and partner in creating sexual content, responds.

Lover Boy
, this is what is known in the crime of trafficking as men who cajole girls and make them believe that they have a relationship, when in reality they are sexually exploiting them.
But in her telephone conversations you can see how the girl begins to be aware that something is not right.
An ex-partner of R. appears on the scene and tries to warn the minor.
She tells him that she also thought she was in love with him, but that she took her to Cyprus where she had him working non-stop for a year and that he barely let her leave the house.
The minor conveys all this to her mother and also tells her that she is afraid that her boyfriend will “brainwash” her.
They plan to take a trip to Portugal and the girl also verbalizes her fear that the same thing will happen to her as the ex-girlfriend.
In a conversation with her father, he expressed: “I feel like he wants to get the most out of me because I'm making a lot of money, until we grow up and everyone lives their own lives.”
Research has not yet quantified how much that “enough” is.
One day, the girl is determined to end her romantic and professional relationship with R. de ella, but he makes her change her mind and buys him a rabbit of hers that afternoon.
After a while, they open their OnlyFans account.
There are special rooms where clients can interact with what they call “models.”
What Bizum bills in these interactions goes to an account in the name of his father, also investigated for his involvement in these events.
The girl maintains that this OnlyFans account has only been active since December, when she turned 18.
The agents decide to arrest R. and his partner E., accused of a possible crime of trafficking, corruption of minors and induction into prostitution.
They defend themselves.
E. assures that he has had relations with the girl, but in a consensual manner and that at no time did he know that she was a minor.
R. assures that he represents and manages the social networks of numerous girls who want to generate content on social networks.
“I give guidelines and advice and I keep Only Fans accounts,” he says.
According to the police investigation, the company that maintains the accounts of these girls has been active since 2020 and in 2022 it invoiced one million euros.
R. also points out that his ex, the one who spoke with the minor, is obsessed with him.
The detainee is represented by Beatriz Uriarte, from Ospina Abogados, who maintains that the girl always gave her consent to dedicate herself to this work and that she just wants it all to end so she can continue billing.
In fact, she currently lives with R.'s parents and will testify in her favor when she has the opportunity.
The judge decided to imprison both of them due to the risk of escape, recidivism and destruction of evidence.
The girl's father has been released.
Lluís Ballester is a doctor in Sociology, a social researcher at the University of the Balearic Islands, specialized in the impacts of pornography on childhood and adolescence.
He reflects on this type of live porn platforms: “It is evident that a million-dollar business has been set up on the exploitation of the sexual attractions of young girls, to respond to the demand of this sector for pornographic images.
They want to convince young girls that this can be their life project.
They believe they carry out transgressive practices, but they are becoming familiar with submission,” he explains.
The place where they find new targets is almost always social networks.
“The ability to recruit, especially in situations of vulnerability, reduced critical capacity or difficulties in opting for other life projects based on what makes us autonomous, is very possible,” adds the expert.
