A new rainy front will hit Italy next weekend, forecasters said Sunday.
Sunny conditions will prevail apart from some rain insoutheastern areas this week, said Mattia Gussoni, meteorologist at the site www.iLMeteo.it..
Then widespread rain will hit the Bel Paese next Saturday and will persist for the rest of the weekend, before balmy springlike conditions return the following week, he said.
It will be sunny with temperatures above 20 degrees C almost everywhere, said Gussoni.
