According to these gentlemen (much more numerous than these ladies), to take the Blues on July 26 (there will be two of them, a woman and a man), it would therefore be necessary to have participated in the Games, not to have already held this role, and “ convey certain values.
Basically, present a clean criminal record.

The leaders of the French Olympic Committee, this body of which no one knows what purpose it serves other than to manage the delegations during the various and varied Games and designate the standard bearer, are therefore asking to “convey certain values”.
The very people who, not long ago, unflinchingly welcomed into their circle a president of the French Rugby Federation prosecuted for corruption (and ultimately sentenced to 2 years in prison).
