On this first afternoon of spring weather, sellers of helium balloons for children share the sidewalk with tourists, who multiply their selfies in front of the luxury boutiques.
A street singer sings an Ed Sheeran tune accompanied by his guitar.
In this perfect mix of genres, the Champs-Élysées (Paris 8th) have never seemed so true to themselves.
There could also be a mix of genres in the magnificent corridors and premises of two buildings, located at 37 and 125 - a few dozen meters from the Arc de Triomphe - the most beautiful avenue in the world.
The new bioclimatic local urban planning plan (PLU) of the City of Paris has targeted these two addresses to possibly accommodate social housing.
